This is one of my favorite pics of all time. The first time I saw it I thought it was cool...THEN i found that his subject could not walk and if you look closely she seems to be trying to move toward the home she grew up in....It is just so amazing and true. Wouldn't we all go back to the days when we were carefree little ones..If we could? Love me some Wyeth.
Hi...just checking in on your site (which is really a treat) after reading Ballerina Girl's blog and seeing the link..I did the hero thing, and I picked the grocery bag too!...so I was some kinda philanthopist also! Maybe we can save the world!!!
how true is this... sometimes I think back on the things I have done in my life, and though I am not one to look back too much nor regret what I have done, I still sometimes think that I could have done better/tried harder/gone farther.... we can only work on the present and the future right?! BG
